Envie d’un plat chaud, simple et généreux ? Ce hachis parmentier de jambon revisite la recette traditionnelle avec une touche plus légère et rapide. Idéal pour utiliser des restes ou cuisiner en toute simplicité !

🛒 Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes)

  • 600 g de pommes de terre
  • 200 ml de lait
  • 30 g de beurre
  • 250 g de jambon blanc (2 à 3 tranches épaisses ou en dés)
  • 1 oignon moyen
  • 70 g de gruyère râpé (ou emmental)
  • Sel, poivre, muscade
  • Un filet d’huile d’olive

👩‍🍳 Préparation

1. Préparez la purée maison

  • Épluchez et coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux.
  • Faites-les cuire dans de l’eau bouillante salée pendant 20 minutes.
  • Égouttez-les, écrasez-les en purée.
  • Ajoutez le lait chaud, le beurre, un peu de muscade, sel et poivre.

2. Préparez la garniture au jambon

  • Émincez finement l’oignon et faites-le revenir à feu doux avec un filet d’huile d’olive.
  • Ajoutez le jambon coupé en dés ou haché grossièrement. Faites revenir 2 minutes pour que le tout soit bien doré.

3. Montez le hachis

  • Dans un plat à gratin beurré, déposez la moitié de la purée.
  • Étalez la préparation jambon/oignon.
  • Recouvrez avec le reste de purée.
  • Parsemez de gruyère râpé.

4. Enfournez

  • Faites gratiner à 180°C pendant 15 à 20 minutes, jusqu’à ce que le dessus soit doré.

  • Tu peux ajouter une cuillère de crème fraîche dans la purée pour encore plus de fondant.
  • Version express : utilise une purée surgelée de qualité ou un écrasé de pommes de terre du commerce.
